Purchase terms and conditions
General
These terms govern the purchase of time-limited digital access to theory tests, learning tools and courses, provided by Teoria (Infinity Drift AS, org.no. 933 476 359 VAT).
Conclusion of the agreement
The agreement is binding when the product is paid. The service becomes available without undue delay after payment.
Registration and personal use
Upon purchase you must register a personal user account with correct information (name, email, address, date of birth, phone number). The account and access are personal and may not be shared. Breach of this may result in immediate suspension or deletion of the account.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown clearly before payment and include all taxes. Payment is made at the time of order via the stated payment methods.
Delivery and activation of access
Access is activated immediately after payment. The period runs from the activation time and lasts for the agreed duration. Access is not renewed automatically.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for this digital service, which you consent to at the time of purchase, pursuant to the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 first paragraph (c).
Limitation of liability and complaints
Teoria follows the Digital Services Act rules for delivery of digital services. If the service has deficiencies or technical errors, this must be reported without undue delay. Teoria undertakes to correct errors within a reasonable time.
Privacy and data security
Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. See the separate privacy notice on our website.
Dispute resolution
In case of disagreement, you are encouraged to contact Teoria for an amicable solution. Disputes may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council or the ordinary Norwegian courts if agreement is not reached.
